Retail Therapy: Casadei Space Cowgirl Jeans Ankle Boots
I forgot just how much blogging can be when you ignore the need to keep up with influencers on social media. It’s been a few years since my last retail therapy post and I’m not sure why that is. I’m always seeing items that I love and hope to either (1) save up and purchase or (2) have the idea of the item stored in my head for when I’m out thrifting.
I was perusing the May 2021 issue of Instyle when I spotted these Casadei Space Cowgirl Jeans Ankle Boots. Love at first sight. Yeah, the price is way out of my shoe budget but has looking (and drooling) ever hurt anyone?
Remember back in 2016 when Rihanna debuted those denim chaps that were part of a collaboration with Manolo Blahnik? These Casadei boots give me the same high fashion feels but with more practicality.
With a pair of shoes like this would definitely keep the rest of my ensemble simple but add a bit of structure (think power shoulder) for complementing flair.
