#108: Wheat Free Wednesdays: Lance's Gluten Free Cheddar Cheese Bite Size Sandwhich Crackers

I've stated before that I've been gluten free for the past year and a half. After being extremely ill three years prior to understanding what was going on with my body, I was relieved to figure out the source of my constant "sickness." But I can't lie and say that the whole diet switch us has been easy. I would do anything to have two biscuits from Red Lobster lol!

Luckily for me and all my other gluten sensitive peeps, food companies are coming around and making more products sans wheat. It's ironic how one day I'm in the teacher break room watching (more like drooling over) one of my co-workers eating a bag of Ritz's Mini Cheese Sandwich Crackers and then the next day in Publix I found these:

I'm in love! The price made me hesitate at first but my college bestie, Kayan, told me that I only lived once. I'm so happy I listened to her. As with most gluten free products, there is a slight grittiness in the cracker but the buttery flavor of the crackers along with amazing cheddar cheese spread makes up for it. Lance is definitely giving Ritz crackers, who by the way have yet to jump on the "G-Free" bandwagon, a run for their money.

I won't keep these in the house because they won't stay for so long. I finished this box in two days...by my damn self. Instead I will save purchasing these for road trip or movie theatersnack. Yes, that's right. Not only do I get a 2-for-1 viewing when I go out to the movies, but I also sneak in my own food. Times are hard bruh!
