#115: The End of Lucky Magazine and Shake Ups at Teen Vogue

I couldn't believe the words I was reading. Lucky Magazine is no more?! That was the very first fashion magazine I fell in love with. I was in high school and bought a subscription every year. I would hoard each issue vowing that I would be as stylish as the models on the pages one day. Although I couldn't afford any of the clothes then (and even now), Lucky taught me how to have an eye for spotting both trendy and classic wardrobe pieces no matter which store I visited.

I'm so sad to hear it's the end of the road for all those in the Lucky family, but I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you for the things you taught me in my early beginnings with fashion.

And what's up at the Teen Vogue office? Are the decline in sales the reason for the publication wanting to merge with its older sister Vogue? Could this be the end of teen fashion magazines? I mean, what else is out there for them? I guess we will have to wait and see?

how do you feel about lucky magazine coming to an end? should the writers at Teen vogue be worried?
